Overview

Hardware Park is a two city-block business campus in downtown Birmingham, Alabama with capacity for any size firm, plus space available for co-working. Companies operate from 140,000 sq. ft. of historic office and warehouse space within an Opportunity Zone near the city's Innovation District. Located on 5th Avenue North, two blocks from I-65 with onsite parking and loading docks, the facility combines convenience to the city center and interstate, simplifying shipping and receiving, along with your commute.

Anchored by companies established in manufacturing engineering, product design, and logistics, Hardware Park tenants benefit from diverse onsite knowledge, skills, and experience. Other business resources including tools, equipment, and training workshops are also available.
